As a retirement sale, this deal closed one chapter of an entrepreneur’s life and allowed him and his wife to spend more time with the grandchildren, while it opened a new chapter for a busy real estate agent to add a new business vertical to his real estate brokerage in the Triangle region of North Carolina.
