The Selling Process

After three decades, the family of this business decided to sell this long running business in order to retire.  Started as a Chinese restaurant, this business was rebranded as Neo-Asia around 2010 and has continued to serve the Glenwood Avenue area and beyond due to it’s popular location on Hwy 70.

The buyer group of this facility brings a new Indian concept with multiple families coming together and brings experience from another Indian restaurant.

Congratulations to the buyer and seller groups on this successful transaction, and special thanks to attorney Peter Hanna for buyer  representation.  Dan Farmer at Marlin Design & Build served the buyers for reimagining the space.

VR Business brokers was honored to represent the seller of the business and work with the landlord on a third transaction for a lease assignment.
