After more than a decade in the cartridge business, the owner decided to explore new career options, and hired VR Business Brokers to conduct a confidential sale. The purchaser relocated from Arkansas where he ran a similar business. He was also seeking a change of pace from the small town he left, and more opportunity. The buyer conducted a thorough due diligence and consummated the sale with a purchase agreement, lease assignment, a vehicle transfer, and an all cash consideration for 100% of the company.
