The Selling Process

The owner of this business decided to sell her child care facility due to new life priorities.  After eight years she felt she had accomplished her goals and wanted a new owner to take it to the next level.

The buyer group are a serial entrepreneurship family who had always wanted to own a center just like this.  From multiple offers, the seller accepted theirs because she agreed with our analysis that this group could go the distance.  Despite some unexpected complications, the buyers stayed in the deal and the broker and the owner overcame many objections to close the deal.

Congratulations to both parties for this successful transaction, and special thanks to attorney Peter Hanna at Hopler, Wilms, & Hanna PLLC and Jonathan Sizemore at Adams & Howell PLLC transaction and escrow services.
